As a student, you may be wondering how to access Microsoft Access on your Mac. Due to security concerns, MS Forms has been temporarily deactivated for students, and for non-account related issues with Office 365 software products, students should contact Microsoft Office 365 University support at (866) 425-3959.

However, if you are looking for a way to run Microsoft Access on your Mac, Parallels Desktop is an easy and cost-effective solution. You can also use the employee work-at-home program to obtain software if you are granted an email address as a student employee.

To download Microsoft Office for students, follow these steps:

1. Go to the SF State website and sign in with your SF State ID and password.

2. Once logged in, select Install Office at the top right of the window.

3. Click on Office 365 at the top left of the window.

4. Follow the instructions to install the software.

Once installed, you will be prompted to sign in using your Microsoft credentials. Make sure your computer is fully patched and all Apple updates are installed before beginning the installation process.

Note that Access and Publisher are available only on PCs, while OneNote for Mac can be downloaded separately from the Mac App Store.
